Daka Renovations recently completed construction and installation of a 6 ft privacy fence in my backyard. I couldnâ t be happier with the final product. Instead of just a basic-looking privacy fence, I have custom-built fencing that is a beautiful accent to my home. It turned out so beautifully that my next-door neighbors hired Chris and his team to construct the same fence for their backyard! Chris Daka and his team were meticulous with their work. I was thoroughly impressed with how much care and effort they took in planning, measuring, cutting and fitting each piece of lumber. They showed up when scheduled and always cleaned up after each workday. They worked long days, often until sundown to make up for a couple of rain delays. Chris also did some drywall work in my garage that turned out better than I expected given the small and awkward space they had to work in. I felt I was charged a fair price for the projects (I obtained estimates from multiple contractors). Working with Chris and his team was a really great experience for me. I will not hesitate to hire them again. When Iâ m ready to redo my kitchen and another bathroom, Daka Renovations will be my first call.

They did a great job. They were on time, courteous, proessional and very skilled. I asked Chris to look at a plumbing problem and he repaired it at no charge. A plumbing company I contacted wanted over $400 for the same fix. They repaired the deck and deck railings, installed a new front porch railing and repaired a raised sidewalk slab. And the job site was cleaned and spotless when they left. They will get all of our future business

Daka repaired our deck. They met with the city first to be sure the proposed repair would pass inspection. It wasn't an easy job. Daka completed the work fast and left the yard in good shape. Chris was very responsive to the city's requirements.

Daka completed 90% of the project and then left for project up north. He told me he would call back when he could finish work.He has not responded to several of my calls. Although his work was good I could not recommend. Jim L

Chris was very professional. He kept me up to date on the projects and I quickly relied on him to do extra projects around the house as I live out of state. He did inspections and let me know what else needed done both inside and outside. I was doing updates/repairs to sell the home. When the job was done, I listed the house and it sold in one day for full asking price. Thanks so much!
