"They arrived when they said they would.  They double-checked what price I was quoted on the phone with what was written on the order sheet they had - they matched.   They warned me on the phone that it would take approximately three hours and would be loud, but that there would be minimal mess.  It took less than three hours and it was loud, but they did a great job, answered any questions I had as they were working.  There were a few spots that I noticed some dirt/dust around the vents they cleaned, but it was minimal.  They even had me check the furnace room where most of the dirt was collected to make sure they had cleaned up to my satisfaction.   We recently moved into this house and the lady who lived here before must have been allergic to cleaning products, so it felt wonderful to know that we can breath deeply now when our furnace and air conditioner are on.
