"Original 1997 Bryant furnace short cycling due to cracks in the heat exchanger. Researched local Bryant dealers on January 2 (holiday), Krane representative here the next day and the new furnace was installed on January 5. Also replaced the original 1997 Lochinvar water heater due to it's age and location next to the furnace. It was 12 degrees outside and down to 58 degrees in the house by the time the new furnace was operational. The high efficiency furnace requires PVC intake and exhaust lines and took the most time to install. The fantastic crew of four installers started at 9 am and were finished by 5:30 pm. I love the new Bryant Connex controller and new whole house humidifier that was installed along with the furnace. We now have efficient, quiet, properly humidified heat!
