They installed my air-condition and so far so good.

The installers damaged the furnace room door and made a mess on the carpet and the stairs including rusty screws! When I called Steve about the damaged door he said send the info and couldn’t wait to get off the phone. I sent copies of the receipt and pictures of the hole they put in the door. Steve has never return even one of the many calls. DON’T USE MASTERCRAFT! They are clearly only interested in the initial sale.

Perfect. The electrician, Jay Lambert, did a very satisfactory and professional job. I was very happy with his electrical knowledge and promptness doing this job. I would certainly recommend Jay for any future electrical work I may require.

They did a great job, are very friendly and gave great tips on maintenance. They give a great discounts on annual maintenance packages. I would recommend them and I will continue to use them.

Excellent. Both Chris and Nick were very professional, friendly and answer all of my questions. Who could ask for more! On top of it I forgot the appointment and was driving when I got there call. They waited for me and did an excellent job and were very courteous.

This was an installation nightmare. The installers argued among themselves. They tracked mud and grease across the basement and spilled some liquid on the carpet. They used our furniture for ladders even though there was one in the basement. They refused to answer questions and were rude and smoked on the job. When I contacted the owner he hung up and refused any phone calls. Buyers beware.

Sandra Caldwell I have been very pleased with Mastercraft Heating & Cooling. They installed my furnace and air conditioner in 2011 and have been providing the routine maintenance. They are timely, polite and have reasonable fees.

I bought a contract, I prepaid for 2 services for $80. They did ok with the service, it was just very hard to get any kind of receipt or an itemized list of what they did, I did not like that. I thought it was reasonable and not that expensive.

It went really well. They were fast, professional, and didn't leave us out in the cold. We've been using Mastercraft for many years for heating and cooling, and we've been extremely happy with the service they provide. Our house is nice and toasty in the winter, and delightfully cool in the summer. Their service people are all wonderful and professional and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to insure that the customer is happy with their service. We certainly have been and continue to be. Highly recommended.

They gave me a good price and checked everything out and gave 1000 deposit, they were suppose to install and a company came out on Tuesday. Which was Thornton & Grooms, and they installed the boiler system. They lied to me. I gave them $2500 in the beginning and the $2485 after the install. After they left I found a couple pieces on the ground and I figured they went to the boiler, I called Mastercraft and they said they had nothing to do with the install, I stopped payment on both checks, I found out Mastercraft did not have a permit. I need a city inspector to look at the boiler to make sure it is in working order. I have gotten 2 bills from Thornton & Grooms , because I stopped payment. I called them and told them that they needed to speak to my lawyer and she hung up on me. Mastercraft is saying they have nothing to do with Thornton & Grooms, I want to know how they knew what day to show up, and time, and name and address then.

They're fine.  I've used that company, that firm, for 23 years, and I've had no reason to change.  They've been fine.  I don't have any way to compare them to anybody else.  I've had no reason to change them.  I use them, I have no complaints about them, I have no way to anyone else; I don't know how to rate them.  They're competent and courteous. 

They installed a new furnace, and I have an annual service plan for the heating. I would use them again, and still do. 

It took a couple of hours, but I was not there. They are very reliable, and I have used them for a long time. I have no complaints.

They came and were on time. The guy was very helpful, informative. WE had a side issue with a faucet and he took the time to look at it. He came back later to repair the faucet and we were pleased. He was willing to go the extra mile to do a little bit more. He took the old one away.

They serviced our furnace before we purchased our home. We saw that their card was on the furnace and we contacted them. The best part is that they?re responsive and they showed up quick. The worse part was that they had like a ridged trouble shooting process. I think on my furnace they were just a fuse that needed replace, but they wanted to replace the entire circuit board, which cost a lot more, because replacement fuse was not an option on there. If was either it?s fine, or you spent $500, I think. I had a handyman come in and look at it afterwards, he looked at the old board and said, ?yea, you just need a fuse replaced here, and I will do it for like 50 cents. 

In 2013 when they came out, that was the time that it costed $500, I think. That?s probably the last time I used them for that. 

The air conditioning failed a few weeks later and we had the actual installer tell us that the system was several pounds of coolant low and that with no major leak the technician from Mastercraft should have recognized this and added the coolant. I spoke with Mastercraft and asked to be refunded but they were rude and on the verge of abusive.

I think the service was good but they had to come out repeatedly because of issues with the ac unit. We had multiple leaks and the system itself was bad but I thought they did the best they could.

It worked out really well. I would recommend them. They used Lennox products which I liked. The workers were good.

It was fine. Extremely helpful.

They were very good to work with. They cleaned all their mess up and everything.
