"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

I rated a 4.5 for customer service because their explanation of the 10 year warranty was not explained at all initially. Itâ s actually a 1 year at a time warranty that goes up to 10 years but weâ d have to pay for service every year in order to get the 1 year extension. We were under the impression that the price included the 10 year warranty. *This should have been explained during the initial estimate. In any case, this was a great group of guys that put in a lot of time & effort & care about their work. They did a great job."
