Hardwood Headquarters installers put screws in the floor to minimize the unevenness. They did a great job, resulting in a beautiful Kitchen/Dining area, couldn't be happier. They knew the properties of the product and made it work for this situation."

Then "tragedy" struck, and part of the kitchen floor was ruined when the new water line to the refrigerator leaked. After advising us to wait several months for the sub-floor to dry out, Jim came out again and repaired the kitchen floor.
