"The response time from the first inquiry was excellent. The technician was very polite, knowledgeable, professional , friendly and knew exactly what I needed and wanted done on my gas fireplace. He worked in a timely fashion, and was very aware of keeping all dirt , etc., onto a covered area so my carpet stayed cleaned. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs repairs, parts, a new fireplace, etc. to their fireplace. I have already scheduled my yearly inspection for 2024. "We actually hired another company to do the job. Then my husband wanted one more estimate. As soon as I talked to the woman on the phone, I instantly liked her. Two men came out to give estimate, will do the job for the same price, plus they added some needed things. Hired them. Both men were VERY nice (talked to them during installation of gas logs), took pictures of what they did on the roof, and explained everything. I would hire them in a minute!"

"The job was done but it is very sloppy. There?s slurry and mortar all over the chimney and we are not confident it?s properly repaired. We have hired a different contractor to re-do the one fixed by Shamrock as well as the 2nd chimney that also needs repair. The tech from Shamrock was a nice guy he but didn?t do the work; his assistant did the work and its a mess."

The repairman showed up promptly and performed the maintenance service very professionally. It took about 20 minutes. Based on the gas log model that we had, we didn't need near as much replacement or refreshing material as was listed in the deal. I guess I was pretty satisfied with the service but felt that it was overpriced for the amount of time and maintenance needed.

We are a family owned company and have been in business since 1980. We offer a variety of services for any client within our service area. Sometimes we even go the extra mile to take care of people, especially in the winter months! We won't leave anybody cold. We have around 3-4 employees as we try to keep costs down for our customers. They are reliable and trustworthy and we enjoy having them around. We sub-contract only if needed. Our billing requires 50% down payment at the start of the job and the remaining balance is due at the time of completion. If the customer lives outside of our service area, we will charge for an estimate. But only if it is a long trip that would cost alot in fuel expenses.Otherwise Estimates are free.we rarely ever have to charge for an estimate. We are a great bunch of people and would love to have you as a customer. :)
