Jessica handled all of our communication with schedules, timelines, and subcontractors. Jim and Jake were great as well - Jim created a little microwave nook for us in our existing pantry and did a beautiful job on adding the crown and shoe molding. They kept you informed through out the entire process, letting you know the placement of all fixtures, etc, prior to installing. They truly do live up their standard of keeping the customer happy. Cleanup was done on a daily basis, they were never late, electricians and plumbers were always there when they said they would be."

"Reasonably priced and quality work. We had to have a supporting wall removed to enlarge a children's classroom at our church. This project had to be done so we would be able to use the classroom the following Sunday. J&M came in and removed the wall, installed a support beam, and finished the project so the two rooms looked like they had always been a single room. "First of all, Jake was very quick to respond for an estimate. Throughout the estimate process, we changed a number of things along the way and Jake was very prompt in adjusting the estimate to the revised work. When we finally agreed on the details, he set a schedule. In a miserable snowstorm, he showed up at the appointed time on the appointed day and began the tearout. It went smoothly. When he started to do the install, he explained several options for certain things such as the size of the niche and he adjusted his layout accordingly. We wanted a glass tile mosiac running from floor to ceiling at the valve and showerhead. He scalloped the edges of the tile rather than cutting the glass. It is magnificant. We had purchased an expensive glass shower door from Your Shower Door a couple of years before and hoped to use it in the new shower. Jake worked with that company to get the specs of the opening exact so that the door reinstalled perfectly. He knows all the latest materials, procedures and techniques. He worked on Saturday and Sunday in order to complete the job in a very timely manner. Cleanup was meticulous. A true professional. PS - when Your Shower Door came to reinstall their product, they were so impressed with the scalloped wall tile, they had to take a picture of it for future reference."
