As discussed with you, the crew leads are very busy finishing projects during our high season and when we offer for them to return to pick up tips, they hesitate returning due the drive time involved (many of our team members live outside of Grand Rapids), risking any miscommunication due to language barriers, and time off job sites during the high season where they receive quality and completion based pay incentives. I appreciated your insistence to reward Manny's team for their hardwork, upon being provided your information to return at his on leisure, at the time he chose not to return for the reasons above. We tried coordinating several times to hand over the tips as well. For safety and client privacy reasons, I apologize we could not grant your request to visit another client's home where they would be working to drop off the gratuity. We will take your feedback and try our best to find a resolve for how clients can give gratuity moving forward."
