Jacobsen Remodeling did such an amazing job remodeling one of my bathrooms and repairing the other. Dwight and his team are knowledgeable and friendly. All the projects were done in a timely manner and I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience working with them!

The kitchen floor in the house we recently purchased sagged by nearly an inch in the center. Jacobsen was able to add a beam in the basement to raise it and stabilize it. The supports for the beam were put within the existing walls and the beam was placed on the front edge of a heating duct bulkhead so it did not change the look of the basement. He offered us other options but that was the one we preferred. He was clear about the costs and kept us updated on the process and progress as they worked. His employees did excellent quality work as did the company he hired to complete the drywall.

Dwight was extremely helpful and available for any and all questions we had. Our dishwasher installation could have been a large headache, but was done before we knew it. Dwight and his crew were extremely thorough and we will not hesitate to call him again for future projects.

Dwight and his crew were great. Excellent communicators, very thorough when going over expectations on the project, both theirs and ours. They were quick when getting back to us whenever we had a question, and they did quality work! Clean up during and after the project was done well with attention to detail. They actually did what they said they were going to do in the time frame that they gave, so they met all of our expectations from our very first meeting. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Working with Dwight Jacobsen and his team was a terrific experience! There are so many positive things to say about his business and his personality. His knowledge and handling in the fields of home remodeling, scheduling, and running a business was impressive. Plus, his relationship skills and desire to make sure we (the customers) we're happy with the product ordered and installed was always at the forefront of his mind. Whenever we had a question or concern, Dwight was very quick to respond with an answer that was understandable to us. He takes into account health concerns of other people living in the home while work is being done. It is also clear, that the business' that he hires to do certain jobs under his "umbrella" are the very best as well, that share the same desire to do a job extremely well and are pleasant to have in your home. Overall, the way that Dwight Jacobsen orchestrated the project for our kitchen was a great experience, and would recommend his business for any home project you have.

Dwight was great to work with! Very clear about what to expect, was receptive to our ideas, and kept us informed every step of the way. He has high standards, and his subs did amazing work, too. Absolutely thrilled with the result. (Still can’t believe this is the same house.)

Dwight Jacobsen came to our house, inspected our garage and then provided us with an estimate of the work to be done. We agreed on the price and day that the work was to be completed. Dwight and his co-worker arrived on-time the day the work was to be started. They completed the work on-time, making sure to clean-up the areas they worked in. Dwight even went as far as to vacuum our garage to make sure no nails would puncture our car tires. The electrical work outdoors was to replace an outlet box on a security pole, update the connector box attached to our house, and to reconnect the existing lighting in our garage. A new wall switch was installed as well. All work was completed on-time and to our satisfaction. We found Dwight Jacobsen to be a consummate professional, who employs quality craftsmen to work with him. Dwight pays attention to details and wants to make sure any job he undertakes is done to his client's satisfaction. We would recommend Dwight and his team to anyone considering a remodeling job who is looking for a contractor with integrity.

Dwight and his subs were great! Despite a number of delays due to cabinets, granite, marble, and weather the job turned out looking better than expected. We are very pleased!

Everything was done in a very professional way. Could tell y the way the work was dome that it was done correctly. All questions I had were answered in an understandable and honest way. Clean up the area after done.

Dwight Jacobsen and his entire team of Sub-contractors were excellent,. from the demo and construction, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring and especially the tile work, truly and artist. They were clean as you go, efficient and polite. Even the little details were discussed before proceeding with the project. We would certainly hire them again and would recommend and endorse their work and reputation.

Dwight showed enthusiasm for my project. He designed an installation of a drop ceiling in my basement in a manner that was efficient, practical, and aesthetically pleasing. Dwight was on time and under budget. Important to me is that he showed great respect for my property. He cleaned up meticulously after the first day, and when he finished on the second day. Very well; estimates accurate as was expected time allowed with the finished product as good or better than expected; coordination of services was very good and workers were very professional but friendly; would definitely use them again. Now we are glad to have a reliable, professional, expert available for further work when needed.

Dwight was absolutely terrific. He was very knowledgeable and communicative and patient which was important as I live far away from the house needing repair. He was very upfront about repair needs and costs, and very understanding to my unique situation to get this home in safe and good repair. Several other so-called custom remodelers looked at my project, but each wanted to do it “their” way. Dwight took the time to make sure he did it my way, which is the only way it should be done since I’m paying. Quite satisfied with the final result.

Dwight was literally getting back on his feet from an injury. His team started when he said and he kept us informed at all times of the schedule. All of the trades/subcontractors were excellent and courteous. Dwight is dependable and professional. After 3 projects working with him he is also a friend. I love my new kitchen!

Mr. Jacobson’s work wise thoughtfully planned and efficiently executed. He didn’t pick up a hammer until all the needed materials are on site. We were very pleased with all aspects of the work done here.

The new trim was perfectly installed with an added coat of Kilz to protect it over the weekend , which was very rainy. Painting started on Monday so we were very happy to have the job completed so quickly.

We were very please with the work done and extremely satisfied with the end result. In the past Jacobsen Remodeling had done some outside exterior work on our house and we felt that the work was excellent and those involved were completely trustworthy. We had to be out of town for the first week of the kitchen remodel and were completely comfortable leaving the job in Dwight Jacobsen’s hands. When some unanticipated problems came up (from previous construction not done by Jacobsen), Dwight was able to provide an excellent and inexpensive solution. We would highly recommend Jacobsen Remodeling.

Mr. Jacobsen was laid up from a serious accident from the time the project was started, but he was still able to keep things moving in a timely way and maintain the high quality we expected. We are very pleased!

The core team members we have worked with previously - plumber, electrician, drywall were all terrific and top notch as usual. Because it was such a varied list and some of the projects were small, there was a mix of other trades that we hadn't worked with previously. We had a mix of experiences with that group. The mason and concrete teams were terrific; the siding crew had some competing priorities which meant that the project took a bit longer than initially anticipated, but in the end we are very happy with the result. As always Dwight is fair and responsive whenever questions or issues come up. If we have more projects in the future, we would use Dwight and his crew again. We are happy to recommend him.
