Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

"We selected this company to finish our basement because the quote was way lower than the other big companies and talking with Xhulio about the project, it just felt like a good fit. And it was! He was very kind, patient, and accomidating to any and all ideas and concerns. The process was smooth, they catered to all our needs and the results are amazing!! We had our own design plan and he and his dad, Jimmy followed them to a "T". They produce quality work, but very quickly. Very detailed and clean up after themselves each day. They let us paint our own cabinets for a full kitchen and seperate bar, and they installed them for us. They felt like family to us. "The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"Brett Robinson is very friendly and professional and listens well.  He is completely trustworthy.  Brett worked diligently on all of our projects to meet our deadlines and stay within our budget. Brett works quietly, efficiently, cleanly and makes every attempt to avoid disruption in your household while he is remodeling.  He never left the work site without putting away all materials and tools, sweeping and wiping down the area.  He made honest recommendations on products, finishes and how to save money by doing some things ourselves.  He finished the jobs on time.  He called before coming each day and told us what time to expect him.  The quality of his work is top notch.  I can honestly testify to this because the first job he did was in 1999 and when we sold the home last year, it was THE top selling feature.  He opened up our kitchen and dining room and built a beautiful custom designed buffet our family used for years.  It looked as good as the day he finished it.  I highly recommend Mastercraft Construction for any home remodeling project, large or small.
