Get matched with top basement remodelers in Goodells, MI

"All I needed was half my basement repaired from water damage due to a broken pipe. They would not come out to even quote the job unless they were going to rebuild the entire basement. At least they didn't waste my time."

"I shared my budget and project needs with XP Construction company, and they confirmed they could make it happen within budget. There were no added costs through the process. The XP Construction team was incredible to work with! They were professional, on time every day, and highly skilled. They are the only company I will call for my bathroom and kitchen remodel projects moving forward!"

"Jerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. Use Superior Home Building you won't regret it!!"

"Prompt, courteous, friendly. Job well done. I would definitely rehire this company"

"Had long "honey-do" list that included plumbing in 2 different bathrooms, installing new utility sink, replacing downspouts, painting 2 ceilings and entire bathroom, install shower curtain, etc."

"Wonderful work from a highly motivated professional. Jesse is everything you could want in a builder: Punctual, polite, careful, and neat. His work was perfectly done and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely call him for all my remodeling and building work."

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"Al is pleasant and works hard. He did everything I asked and cleaned up afterward. All in all a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again."

"Had a basement inspection, he told me the issues that I needed to fix and since his company did not do it, he sent me recommendations."

"Brett Robinson is very friendly and professional and listens well.  He is completely trustworthy.  Brett worked diligently on all of our projects to meet our deadlines and stay within our budget. Brett works quietly, efficiently, cleanly and makes every attempt to avoid disruption in your household while he is remodeling.  He never left the work site without putting away all materials and tools, sweeping and wiping down the area.  He made honest recommendations on products, finishes and how to save money by doing some things ourselves.  He finished the jobs on time.  He called before coming each day and told us what time to expect him.  The quality of his work is top notch.  I can honestly testify to this because the first job he did was in 1999 and when we sold the home last year, it was THE top selling feature.  He opened up our kitchen and dining room and built a beautiful custom designed buffet our family used for years.  It looked as good as the day he finished it.  I highly recommend Mastercraft Construction for any home remodeling project, large or small.
