"Mr. Black as we stated in our email to address your concerns mentioned in this review and the facts that were not mentioned. We have added the facts you did not include. 1. When we arrived we were made aware at that time that you needed to leave by 4pm. This shortened the time frame we had blocked for this project by 1.5 hours. 2. While there were 2 missed drilled holes, we offered to mud and paint them. You declined because you had another contractor that was doing drywall work already and that you would have him handle the holes. 3. All hardware was hung based on the information you provided us. At no time during the work or at the end state any issues with the work. 4. The switches as we discussed onsite were not installed do to the time constraints of you needing to leave at 4pm. 5. When we left we discussed returning when our schedule allowed. We did not have a specific date and unfortunately had a family emergency and were unable to answer emails while dealing with it but unfortunately we did not contact you in your expected time frame before leaving your review. We aim to provided our customers with the best experience possible and appreciate your feedback so that we can improve in the future."
