"All I needed was half my basement repaired from water damage due to a broken pipe. They would not come out to even quote the job unless they were going to rebuild the entire basement. At least they didn't waste my time."

"Jerrod Thomason, the owner of Superior Home Building, did a complete remodel of our house including a new addition. He did the work while we spent the winter in FL. I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. Use Superior Home Building you won't regret it!!"

"Very satisfied with the end result of our project. The workers were very polite and respectful of my home. We had a 500 Square Foot Living Room Added, bathroom remodeled, new kitchen, new flooring and tons outside including windows, door, siding and roof. "When we signed the Matrix contract in June 28,2018 for basement work we were told it would be done the end of October or the first of November 2018. We told them that was good because we go to Arizona the end of December 2018. When we left all that was done was rough: framing, plumbing, electrical and ceiling. In May 2019 Matrix started work again and finally June 17, 2019 the final inspection was done. If Matrix overbooked jobs, Matrix should let the customer the customer know and not leave them hanging. Being overbooked was probably why the drywall job and the soffit run to cover the ceiling beam was less than professional. We give the following grades: grade A to the project manager, the other work teams. grade C to Matrix as a company. Thank you, Jack and Bonnie Childs"

"The guys were the GREATEST!!! I waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure leaking didn't occur. After the monsoon we just experienced I'm happy to say "no leaks!" The guys, especially Matt, were very professional and courteous. They came in with huge pieces of plastic to wall off my basement so dust didn't spread throughout my house. They put tarps down the stairs and when they were finished you wouldn't have known they were there. All I can say is "wow". I have never had such a good experience with repairmen. I would highly recommend them!!! Bob, who came out to give me the estimate, was professional and courteous. He came across trustworthy and helpful. I'm so glad I hired them :)

"Went ok. They came with some tubes of caulk. Basically everything they did I could have done myself for literally less than $20-30 dollars. They don't go up on ladders to caulk higher windows in home. Not even sure what they did in my basement or what they did to improve air leaks throughout the rest of my home. Again. A few tubes of caulk and I could have tackled on my own."
