All of the beams and support poles were wood and the majority of them were either sagging or cracking. Bobby came back with a manager after we got the structural engineering report and spent over two hours with us one evening getting a plan together. Two months later, the work began on time and was completed within the 5 day time period that they had promised us. The foreman, Roger, and all of the crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. We just had the local building inspector come out for the final walk-through and he was thoroughly impressed with the finished work. He said that whoever did the work was someone he would be happy to hire to do work at his own home. From start to finish, HomeSpec went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone!"

After a full inspection they determined that my problem was not my basement, it was with the chimney.
