"We hired Doug King of SMK Property Maintenance to complete our deck project. The work was originally scheduled to begin on October 14 but did not commence until November 4, and the project was not completed until December 10. What should have been a straightforward undertaking extended to nearly two months. During the process, we were advised to order the wrong product, which was subsequently installed and could not be returned. As a result, the deck?s initial appearance was unsatisfactory. There was lot of miscommunication between him and his contractors. We ended up with two different contractors and the second one completed To his credit, Doug corrected the issue by having the incorrect boards removed and replacing them with the proper materials. However, this required us to purchase the correct materials ourselves, further delaying the project. While the finished deck ultimately looks excellent, the overall experience was marked by significant frustration and avoidable setbacks. "

Tile and plaster 3 inches thick; square, heavy bathtub that need to be removed; galvanized steel pipes with years of corrosion blocking water flow. They had great suggestions for improvements and helped us stay within our budget while still taking care of the things that needed to be done.
