(Then trying to get paid before I even see the job done and the damages, which they conveniently didn’t tell me about… BIG RED FLAG!) Re-entered a rental without permission or me present (and for a job we weren’t doing since the tech said it was a wax ring issue and they don’t do those, then trying to charge over $400 for it…then reattaching toilet…why would you do that if it has to be done again to fix the issue)? “Approving” jobs that were not approved by myself. Owner will not provide bond company/policy number (illegal). Techs don’t caulk all the way around the toilet (2x). Do NOT use this company!"

"I?m a 74 yr old female w AMD, which affects your eyesight. Ed painter for SPARKD painted my kitchen. He knew the ceiling was part of my contract. After he left I noticed the ceilings around my cabinets just the cabinets were not painted. He said he would return. I can?t get a response from SPARKD or Ed. It?s been a month. I couldn?t see it until he left. I have text the company/ manager Harley to file a complaint under my warranty. No one responded. I have had nothing but issues with the company. Poor workmanship. I need my ceiling painted properly!!! Management doesn?t want to give me my warranty. The pictures are just a bit darker but there?s definitely a 5 o?clock shadow. This was not a remodel just a paint job/subcontractor did install lights in the kitchen."

It gets so cold it's unbearable the other side stays warm. When the furnace is on parts of our floor gets so hot we can barely walk on it. Our dishwasher only had cold available to hook up to because they hooked up our garden hose to the hot water coming directly from our hot water tank. They never hooked up our dishwasher and they new it needed to be framed in too. Our new shower drain still drains very slowly and they disconnected our garden hose on the west side under our new shower. The tiles are not flush and some have chips, scratches. Our toilet was so unlevel it rocked. It was over 3/4 of a inch off."
