Wonderful company to work with. We were recommended this company by our neighbor - who had multiple repairs done to their roof by this company. Debbie from All Seasons Roofs quoted us for the job and gave us a more than reasonable timetable for completion. Debbie was a pleasure to work with. Replaced a skylight for my mother in law. Most roofing companies will not perform this service without purchasing a new roof. Great job with the installation and was able to do the project quickly. I highly recommend this company.

My job included new roofing throughout and all new soffits. The manager/owner Debbie is terrific. She makes sure everything is done to the customer's satisfaction. Debbie checked with the local building inspector for his guidance on soffit work and helped me contact him directly to get his advice on the plan for the soffits. A few areas that I was not happy with on the first completion were corrected promptly after I brought them to Debbie's attention. The price was outstanding based on the quality of the product and the warranties offered. The staff is great at cleaning up after the job. I would definitely recommend All Seasons Roofs.

Debbie communicates really well. She takes ownership of their project. We had leak in winter and the real fix was to our chimney. They added insulation to the attic in the first time and that did not fix the leak. The insulation itself probably should be reinforced anyway. But still, it was a miss. The work is decent and honest. I waited for a year to make sure the chimney work fixes the leak problem. It did and no leak so far this winter. I plan to keep watching every winter and come back to add follow-up reviews.

I was completely satisfied. Representative answered all my questions. She discussed the various options. Price was good,. They went the extra mile by taking pictures on the roof of the skylights and sent them to me. Great clean up job. Even cleaned some leaves that were by my front door. They did some caulking on a skylight I didn't have replace. I will have All Seasons Roofs replace that skylight at a later date.

They repaired the problem and when it rains I will know more but to date, I am happy Debbie came to me and did a good job. "Alex, I have excellent reviews, as I sincerely follow through with all my customers and we warranty our work. When I stopped out there about 10 days ago, I let you know your roof is so rotted it is completely unsafe for my techs to be on. I pushed one of my guys last winter to close up a gapping hole all around your chimney. Your recent request to tarp on another area and you are good, puts my techs safety at risk, I can't put a price on that. I'll call tomorrow and we can discuss your refund. My best regards, Debbie"

Debbie from All Seasons Roofs was very personable and professional in her communication. Despite the overall price being higher than other quotes, I decided to support this local company. There was a mistake during the job in that the wrong skylight was shipped from the supplier and the old skylight was removed before the error was discovered. This necessitated having the old skylight re-installed while the correct one was ordered. I was concerned about damage to the underlying support structure with multiple skylight removals, but it appears that the installation of the correct skylight went without a hitch. It rained quite hard the morning after installation of the new skylight and there were no leaks. Overall, I am pleased with the job done by All Seasons Roofs and would recommend their services.
