He had all the materials needed to complete the job on his truck when he arrived. Upon completing the job, he left clear instructions on how we needed to flush the lines. "THE WORK PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT. THE PLUMBER WAS LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, BUT HE DID CALL AND INFORM ME. HE HAS NOT FOLLOWED UP. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO GET SOME TESTS BUT I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. THE COST WAS REALLY HIGH. HE USED LESS THAN $10.00 IN MATERIALS. HE WAS ON THE JOB ABOUT 2 HOURS. THE COST WAS ALMOST $400.00."
