This way; if there were any issues he could ask additional questions to ensure a very accurate estimate without any surprises. He explained that my new ceiling fan required a 4" bracket to ensure the stability of the fan and he had already quoted me a price just in case I needed the 4" bracket; so there were no surprise charges. After all of the jobs were completed, he reviewed my ceiling fan instructions and asked me if there were any questions. Mr. Bush was very friendly and professional. "Polite, professional and punctual. Within a couple of days of our initial call, we were able to schedule an appointment for the removal of a ceiling fan and the installation of a new ceiling fan . Even though we had 18 foot high ceilings, they had a ladder that was tall enough for them to do the job so they didn't need to use scaffolding . When the old ceiling fan was removed, there were marks on the white ceiling from the old fan. They were able to cover the marks without painting. Cleaned up before they left. We will definitely hire this company to do any other electrical work that we may need in the future."
