Sent me an estimate via email and a couple of weeks later I scheduled an appointment for the day after closing. This way; if there were any issues he could ask additional questions to ensure a very accurate estimate without any surprises. Mr. Bush arrived on time and then asked to see the jobs in person. He explained that my new ceiling fan required a 4" bracket to ensure the stability of the fan and he had already quoted me a price just in case I needed the 4" bracket; so there were no surprise charges. After all of the jobs were completed, he reviewed my ceiling fan instructions and asked me if there were any questions. Mr. Bush was very friendly and professional.
