"Mr. Bush was very thorough; he asked me to send pictures of the job prior to an estimate. This way; if there were any issues he could ask additional questions to ensure a very accurate estimate without any surprises. Mr. Bush contacted me the prior night to verify that I still wanted the job done. He texted me the day of the job to tell me that he was on his way. Mr. Bush arrived on time and then asked to see the jobs in person. He explained that my new ceiling fan required a 4" bracket to ensure the stability of the fan and he had already quoted me a price just in case I needed the 4" bracket; so there were no surprise charges.
