He talked me through some of the findings on the home inspection report and gave me some of his opinions based on the information. He insisted (and I agree!) that is better to be safe than sorry and it would be important to have a qualified electrician in for some repairs and to inspect some outlets. Sent me an estimate via email and a couple of weeks later I scheduled an appointment for the day after closing. This way; if there were any issues he could ask additional questions to ensure a very accurate estimate without any surprises. He explained that my new ceiling fan required a 4" bracket to ensure the stability of the fan and he had already quoted me a price just in case I needed the 4" bracket; so there were no surprise charges. "Polite, professional and punctual. Within a couple of days of our initial call, we were able to schedule an appointment for the removal of a ceiling fan and the installation of a new ceiling fan . Even though we had 18 foot high ceilings, they had a ladder that was tall enough for them to do the job so they didn't need to use scaffolding . When the old ceiling fan was removed, there were marks on the white ceiling from the old fan. They were able to cover the marks without painting. Cleaned up before they left. We will definitely hire this company to do any other electrical work that we may need in the future."

"A ceiling light fixture in my sewing room wouldn?t light. The problem Curt found was an incorrect wiring job. After wiring it correctly he also checked the main panel and tightened all the connections. He was very patient in answering my questions.
