He talked me through some of the findings on the home inspection report and gave me some of his opinions based on the information. He insisted (and I agree!) that is better to be safe than sorry and it would be important to have a qualified electrician in for some repairs and to inspect some outlets. Sent me an estimate via email and a couple of weeks later I scheduled an appointment for the day after closing. Rick and Jeremiah arrived on time, were polite and thorough and cleaned up after the repairs. This way; if there were any issues he could ask additional questions to ensure a very accurate estimate without any surprises.
