This way; if there were any issues he could ask additional questions to ensure a very accurate estimate without any surprises. Even though we had 18 foot high ceilings, they had a ladder that was tall enough for them to do the job so they didn't need to use scaffolding . When the old ceiling fan was removed, there were marks on the white ceiling from the old fan. They were able to cover the marks without painting. Cleaned up before they left. "So I bought two ceiling fans last summer, I started to install the first one ran into problems the mount did not line up, did not know how to fix, eventually put them in the closet. I looked on Angies list and found a near by A rated company with experience installing ceiling fans. I made the appointment at my convenience and at 9:00 A.M. this morning Scott and Miles arrived. You cannot be more on time than that! They got right to work, they knew what to do, removed the mud ring, alerted me to a a couple minor quality issues with the fans (2 missing thumb screws, 1 globe with an internal crack), cleaned up and were done in less than 2 hours. The fans work great. Outstanding punctuality, outstanding service, got the job done and off my list, and very affordable. I would absolutely hire Westborn Electric again, actually I would not try installing a ceiling fan again, I'd just hire them to do it."
