The tile, vanity and lighting selections merged together our final vision that created a new bathroom space everyone is in awe of! They were professional, careful to protect all areas of my home from dust and damage,made repairs and upgrades to old plumbing and subfloors, completed all aspects of the project right down to the final finishes, including painting of walls and trim , vanity and hardware installation. The bathroom was immediately ready to use! They started and completed the project on time and their extremely fair pricing was the icing on the cake! We were so happy with the outcome that we immediately booked them to completely remodel our very large and outdated master bathroom as well! But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."
