This company is run by 2 short, fat, extremely uneducated brothers who think they know business. In reality these 2 are dumber than a box of rocks. They know very little about the business world and their lack of education shows. They rip people off and pay slave wages of about $700 per week to their workers. Yet, somehow they brag they drive Lamborghini's around. You will actually lose brain cells dealing with these guys who I call Dumb and Dumber!!

Im very disappointed in this company. They installed the patio brick paver in 2011 (Total $8250) and are now seemingly not interested in doing repair work. Have not been answering two email requests via Angie's at all.

The project turned out great. John and his crew provided us with a patio and front entry that really enhanced our outdoor living space.

They did a pretty nice job. I liked the craftsmanship they worked very hard and did a nice job. I think the price was pretty high, it was a little bit of a hassle to get them. They were suppose to come earlier and it took forever, I wanted to add a couple things but the price was outrages.

As of 10/22/2015: Both parties have amicably resolved any differences and no hard feelings remain against the company. They sold us on a great design, then after they tore out our porch the police stopped them because they never pulled a permit. When they went to actually pull a permit, the city rejected the design, they can only do the design we already had, just in new materials which we never would have done in the first place. They never told us what was going on, little to no communication. No one told their workers what to do so everyday I had to stop by at lunch and after work and point out what they did wrong that day. The "new" design was measured wrong and we lost 2 steps due to that. The sand is coming out from between the pavers. We waited for months for the railing, I came home at lunch to find them installing the wrong one after I had texted a picture (from their own brochure). They removed it and we waited again, again the wrong one but we decided we were sick of waiting (3+ months at this point). When installed, it was crooked and pulling away from the pavers they drilled it into. We complained and heard nothing for a month, then wrote a review here that creative had removed. We complained again and they came out to do repairs and put more holes (fully exposed) in the limestone/sandstone steps that they cannot replace without tearing everything out. We asked them to give us a receipt to show we were paid in full and stop working, forgiving our remaining debt due to the exposed holes, unfinished sand work, and terrible caulking. They never agreed and never finished the work per our previous contract. After 5 months for a porch, still unfinished, we were told to pay in full so Creative cannot file a lien against our property and now we have to sue them to get anything back AND we have to hire another company to actually fix and complete the work. I recommend you do NOT use this company. Terrible all the way around.

Creative Brick did a wonderful job on our patio. However, trying to get them to respond to phone messages during and after the construction was difficult. Their suggestions in regards to what to build was perfect. Their work is great, but be prepared to "remind" them a lot of messages that are sent. They do not respond in a timely manner.

It went well we were satisfied with the outcome of the project

I was looking to replace a masonry flagstone walk and porch. Landscape designer Steven came to my house to estimate the work. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up taking his advice and replacing a boulder wall and replacing the landscaping in my front yard at the same time. I also had some repair done on my brick patio.He took pictures and created a CAD model of the front yard to show the landscaping. He even modified his model to show me how new paint colors would look on my exterior. There were a few delays with my job but this is to be expected with weather and a busy summer. The tree the designer specified for the project was sold out locally, but the Steven found one. I'm happy with the new landscaping.

I had this company come out and quote a composite deck and complete the landscaping for my backyard. They arranged and hired Lew's Handyman Service to install my deck. I had no clue this was a 3rd party until the day of install. Lew's crew completely messed up my deck with huge railing gaps, crooked posts, bent rails, and poor cuts for corners. They also took all of my paperwork leaving me with no proof of the job. During this time I was also informed by Creative Brick that my landscaping was not worth their time. I have spent the last 2 months trying to contact Lew to fix the deck as well as trying to get Creative Brick to help as they hired this individual for me. I have had over 10 appointments with Creative Brick to look at and try to fix my deck, and they have not shown or called to reschedule a single appointment. I have found out that the employee that gave me the quote from Creative isn't even an estimator, and I found out Lew's Handyman Service is filing bankruptcy. This company has completely screwed me over and won't fix the mess their contractor created.

I had more than $80 worth of hardscape and softscape work done with these guys. Decent Quality work. However, Poor project management and coordination - no idea when what will be done. Hopeless punctuality or communication. One has to literally babysit with them. Suffice to say choose at your own risk. They tout themselves as superior quality landscapers, but when it comes time to deliver and respond back to you, no where to be heard from or seen. Volume driven = poor quality work.

We had received a recommendation to this company from a neighbor. The first time we called them for an estimate, the owner came out that same evening. That would be our experience through the whole process. They were extremely attentive to us and our needs. On our first meeting we went over what we were envisioning. The owner took notes, measurements and made some suggestions. We were told they'd be back in touch shortly with a design plan. Shortly ended up being the next day. The designer came out the next night with a 3D computer generated drawing of the entire project so we could see all the hardscaping, and landscaping, right down to the type of trees and plants. This was probably the number one thing that set them apart from other companies (we had received estimates from 5 other companies). In addition, they really listened to what we wanted and didn't try to persuade us to do other things. For example, we had pictures of the actual bricks we wanted to use. Creative priced those actual bricks out for us where other companies gave us something "similar" that they used. Even though we didn't think they were that similar at all. Within days of us deciding to use Creative, they were at our house starting the work. Everyone we were in contact with was punctual and professional. They did very high quality work and made some minor changes when requested, ie. moving of particular trees, changing pattern of brickwork, etc. We had some set backs because of the weather but that is to be expected with any company. I can't say enough great things about this company. We already have phase 2 of our project designed and are excited to get started on it in the spring with them.

They did a pretty good work, its just that it was delayed because of of unavoidable circumstances. however the overall work is good and we're happy of the result. We have a nice patio now that we can enjoy. The people who did our patio are very on time people and did their work meticulously. good work!!!

The job went very well. They had a good design and they were efficient. They completed it timely and it was great.

It was an overall good experience. We were a little undecided on what we wanted as far as a driveway as concerned but they were patient with us. Excluding the time that it took to remove the driveway and put down the first layer of aggregate, it only took them a day and a half to lay the pavers and finish up. Very responsive company. Very pleased with the work. We already have a neighbor who is having them start on their property within the next month!
