Due to some planned renovations in the basement we knew we needed the material abated. Marcus and Jeff at Advanced Enviro Clean were great to work with from start to finish. They explained the abatement process in detail, answered all our nervous homeowner questions, and completed the project in a timely manner. (Scary) Now I will have to hire someone else to clean up white powder residue left in room with missing door near the treated area. They refused to return and clean up the mess, owner told me since they did not treat the room next to treated area, they will not return to clean up white powder residue. I even pay an extra $250.00 just to clean in advance. Moving forward I will not pay a company in advance for a Job."
