Due to some planned renovations in the basement we knew we needed the material abated. Marcus and Jeff at Advanced Enviro Clean were great to work with from start to finish. They explained the abatement process in detail, answered all our nervous homeowner questions, and completed the project in a timely manner. I appreciated their straightforward approach and evidence based guidance on the risks with asbestos. I had emailed him photos of the rooms and my measurements of square footage. I called him on our way back, on a Tuesday, to confirm the job and gave him a $100 deposit over the phone. On Wednesday his subcontractor, Ruben, called me and set up for Thursday, and by that evening they were done, all popcorn gone and everything cleaned up. I emailed him a photo of a check for the balance and that was it. The simplest process of any home repair we have ever had done. "

They refused to send me pictures to prove to me that my basement was sealed properly. (Scary) Now I will have to hire someone else to clean up white powder residue left in room with missing door near the treated area. They refused to return and clean up the mess, owner told me since they did not treat the room next to treated area, they will not return to clean up white powder residue. I even pay an extra $250.00 just to clean in advance. Moving forward I will not pay a company in advance for a Job."
