Chad answered quickly and was very flexible on short notice. He was very professional and pricing was very reasonable. I had to change some hardware on one of the doors and he presented me with options along with the pros and cons of each so that I could make an informed decision. Chad answered my call and had one of his techs on-site within the hour. They replaced several crummy quality doorknobs and added three new deadbolts and keyed everything. The quality of the hardware is great and everyone is more safe now. The cost was very reasonable and they did a very professional job.

Chad was great, explained everything and discussed options to replace just the cylinder or the whole door handle mechanics. He was very inexpensive compared to the local Rochester locksmith, and replaced the cylinder in :30 min and didn’t have to rekey everything. Would hire him again

Chad came out within an hour and explained that the locks I had were very low quality. He replaced all my locks so the would all work on one key, gave me my spare keys and fixed a problem with my strike plate. All done in 40 minutes, cleaned up after himself and was so professional. I used my 5% discount and it was all very reasonable and I will definitely use again.

He did good work on the door, was efficient, and was timely, but did not like his attitude. Verbatum, "You should have kept the old lock and rekeyed in, not the cheapest one from home depot." Also, when I questioned the price (which seemed a little high to me) he said, "are you going to take the door off the hinges yourself." He also told me afterward to call other locksmiths and check their prices. Like I said, good work, but bad attitude. (Used an angies list coupon)

I wish sometimes we can review the customer This customer got rock bottom pricing and turn sour once I told him how much it will be and immediately walked away living me standing there by myself looking at his door ,rude ($85 including service call ) You must be nice to get nice Rude customer will not do work for again!!"
