"this is the second time we have had Legacy work on our home. Our home was built in 1992 and the windows and doors were not looking as good as we wanted. This time around we replaced 12 windows and two doors. Legacy also painted a fence for us and replaced some cedar that was bad"

The installer was very experienced and was able to handle a challenging job of installing 2 new windows in an older home without a problem. Impressed with the service and the communication was outstanding, They aren't happy with the job until you are happy with the job. Honest and dependable. Would recommend this company for your window and door projects.

"The work was professionally completed within the estimated cost and time. They kept me informed as to when they would arrive even when they were running late. The carpenters also did additional exterior things that they saw that needed to be taken care. These additional things did not add to the estimated cost or time."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
