"We had used Legacy previously for windows and we called them about our kitchen project. Mark came back out and we discussed the goals we wanted and what our budget was.I showed Mark online the things we liked and he came back with a proposal that was workable. Legacy is not a huge company and we always spoke with Mark when we had questions. That was nice. The project was involved. In addition to the kitchen needing a new floor, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets, we cut a hole in the side of the house and put a large window there. More light in the kitchen is fantastic! The project took more than 2 months from start to finish. It was a little longer than we anticipated but we understood. Legacy has talented carpenters but not a lot of them. Mark and Robert both told us it would be nice and that can take a little time. They were right. The attention to detail was awesome. And as the project unfolded we did make small changes on the fly. Those were a difference maker. we love our new kitchen and we look forward to getting our master bath done next by Legacy. "We bought this deal for some extra help on our renovatio. Could not provide a licensed in harwood heights IL electrican as we were initially promised, which was the main reason for buying this deal. Owner is hard to get a hold of and get an answer out of, the project manager was easier to work with. The guys who came to do the work were great no issues there that is only reason we would work with them again.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
