I need to the truck and movers on short notice and the three referrals I got locally all were unresponsive or unavailable and then I found Prime Packers and Alvin returned my call quickly and met my schedule. The movers were helpful, pleasant and hard working. They also don’t charge for travel time to and from the job. They were fantastic and I’ll use them again!

Alvin was a huge help with my move! He was super fast and professional making sure everything was organized and fit into the truck. I even forgot to mention two bigger items that needed to be moved and he was able to rearrange the load so we didn’t need to come back for them. Extremely kind and helpful! 100% recommend!

This was a great experience, which is not a usual thing to say about moving. Every step of the way was professional, efficient and easy .... from the booking to the follow up details to the actual move and payment process. Alvin is very organized and knowledgeable as well as being a delight to work with! The guys who moved us were terrific. Jallah, Pedro and Tiago were very pleasant and polite mixed with a good sense of humor. They even helped hang a bunch of pictures! We have a second moving phase and Prime Packers will definitely be booked!

OMG! THE BEST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!! My parents in their mid 70’s decided it was time to move back home to Ohio after they both survived a nasty experience with Covid. We had received multiple quotes. Alvin was by far the best price price of all the competition. His crew of four young, strong men all under the age of 28 came exactly as promised. Pedro even called me to let me know they’d be 16 minutes late due to traffic. Seriously? What other service company does that? They took extra care with everything, shrink-wrapping all the furniture, pictures, and lamps. They came prepared with extra boxes, shrink-wrap, packing materials, tape and markers. All four guys were from Brazil and seriously the most courteous, friendly, hard-workers you could ever be so lucky to find. These guys were amazing!!! We made sure to stock the fridge with lots of water bottles for them and they were very appreciative. Things took longer than expected since we weren’t fully packed before they arrived. They were awesome and packed up all the stuff we didn’t have time to pack. They had everything packed and ready in record time. Then they drove over 3 hours from Millersburg Indiana to Fremont Ohio, over 150 miles, right after a really bad storm. They delivered to our storage facility and the power was out due to a tornado! They waited patiently as we manually opened the gate. Then they spent over an hour unloading everything. Pedro, Paulo, James and John were all amazing workers, great people overall. I seriously am can not recommend hiring Alvin and his super team of the hardest workers on Earth! Hire him today!

They came fully prepared for the task. They were kind,kept me up-to-date as to when,exactly, they would be here. Pedro and Alvin were very professional!

Better than expected. Fantastic actually Alvin and team work so well together. They collaborate, prioritize really well, create order out of apparent chaos, use their physical strength wisely, and do it all with kindness, humor and patience for our inexperience. Alvin is true to his word he’s a good communicator, problem solver, a natural thoughtful leader and provides honest updates throughout the move process. I highly recommend him. Based on the truck packing, he also has to be a skilled Tetris player! Not one broken item. Truly a better than expected experience.

Excellent job! They picked up a safe at the store that I purchased and hauled into my house. 312lbs! They also moved some of my stuff in the basement to my pole barn. Great job guys!

Very well / better than anticipated. Alvin and Pedro were very courteous, helpful, did everything we asked above beyond ‘just moving furniture’, and were speedy. They stayed until all large furniture was placed where we wanted it to be. We would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Alvina and his team were awesome, quick to respond, attention to detail and super professional in terms of communication. They are also very reasonably priced and super fast. I am super impressed with their professionalism and positive can-do attitude!
