"I tried everything I could think of to keep out the 14" of water I would get in my basement, then I hired another company (shall remain nameless) just to have their system ripped up in 2 and a half short years because they would not honor their warranty. As a last ditch effort before bulldozing my home or filling my basement in with stone and making it a crawl space, I called EverDry of Michiana and to my surprise, the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I live in an area with a very high water table and keeping water out is a major issue. The install was almost effortless on my part. I had some issues later and was very pleased that EverDry honored their promise to come back out and do what needed to be done (like adding more finger drains) to keep the water table below my floor. Eric was very helpful and informative throughout the process of scheduling and what financing options were available to making sure we prepped everything that we needed to. Deshawn and his crew talked me through what they would be doing and what to expect along the way. He explained the timeline and to expect dust to settle for a couple days so they would leave plastic on all of our items in the basement for us to remove when we were ready. He gave me a walkthrough at the end of each day and a final video explaining everything. The basement looks so good and will be able to be easily finished in the future."

"I spoke with roughly every foundation repair business within 25 miles of my home, and all gave me vastly different solutions upon seeing my home. Based on the research I did (online articles, reddit, etc.) Russ's solution aligned with everything I was looking for without me having to lead him there. We had new I-beams installed (plus several carbon fiber straps because my stairs hug the wall), new internal drain system, one wall re-aligned (with exterior waterproofing including hauling away clay soil and backfilling with peastone), and tuckpointing. It was a huge job to say the least, but the quality of work done was outstanding. During the job he will call you over to educate you on everything he's doing. His #1 priority is making sure you (as the customer) are 100% satisfied with the work being done. You always have the opportunity to ask questions, alter the solution, or add-on additional work. He has a solution for everything. With all that being said, you'll probably have to wait awhile, and it's on you to keep the line of communication open. My advice to you is if you don't hear from him after consultation/quote, follow up with him, try to gauge when work will be able to start, and follow up as the date gets closer. He runs one crew at a time so that he can oversee the job, he does every consultation/estimate himself, so it's challenging for him to chase everyone down to see if they're interested. Most companies want to get in and out as fast as possible, cutting corners, etc. Russ doesn't operate that way and will make sure the solution implemented is bulletproof. They dug  a trench to the sump pump, removed the standing water that had not been allowed to drain properly in the most efficient way, and replaced the inadequate sump pump with one that will do the job correctly. They brought enough of a crew to complete the job in half a day which we also appreciated.  They also filled a few cracks in the foundation walls to prevent any future leaks. "We initially hired Bluebird to waterproof and encapsulate our crawlspace. They did a great job and so we hired them again to repair some joists. Once again, the work was great. We did encounter an unexpected problem with an old sump line, but after sending an email to Bluebird, they were willing to come right out and fix the problem. "I went to their place of business, with pictures of the items to be done.  They gave me a quote and agreed to come out the next day.  He called and came early.  He completed the work (which has held.), but he said it took longer than anticipated and charged us an additional $20.  Two of the unions were behind a tub fixture.  After he left we noticed that he had twisted the fixture and one handle stuck out farther than the other and the tub and shower faucets were slightly crooked.  Now apparently with newer fixtures you can screw the cover at the wall on tightly and it will adjust for the problem, but this was an older fixture and those covers are loose.  We called him back and asked him to fix the problem.  He did tell us to screw it on tightly, but we informed him that was not possible with this fixture.  Then he said he couldn't verify that the fixture wasn't that way when he started so he would not fix it.  I had looked at his reviews on YELP before calling him and gave him benefit of the doubt when he said he would have resolved other customers concerns had he known, but now that seems unlikely.
