The Dan Wood company always provides great service. It's their employee that make the company great. This was no exception as always great work. Great people. Kevin took the time to explain the different options available when it came to selecting what styles would work in my kitchen and bathroom. I was not disappointed when I let Kevin decide for me. It's looks great and functions better than I had anticipated. As I told Kevin, it looks like and works like something you'd find in a 5-star hotel. I love it. Aubrey is amazing with customers and knows what she is doing. I 1st met here in an emergency situation when my sewer line busted and flooded my fi ished basement only 2 weeks after purchasing my 1956 ranch w/walk out basement. She made sure that the repair and all the new plumbing She and her amazing team put in will last me the next 20-30 years. Very well other than the timeframe/service window

David resolved a major backup in my mainline sewer pipe on a Saturday early afternoon, he arrived to my hours within a couple hours of placing the call and gave me the “peace of mind” all would be resolved. The prior week I had major flooding coming through the shower drain. I had another contractor come the prior week and they did nothing after they saw all was draining, they never checked the main line for blockage. David assessed the situation properly and performed the required work. He explained in details the purpose of the work and gave timely updates to how the work was coming along. David did not leave my house until the backup was cleared and all my plumbing was functioning correctly. Dan Wood Co will be my “go-to” for all pluming needs.

I’ve had an all around great experience from the beginning to the end. Everything from filling out the form online on a Sunday afternoon, to getting a phone call first thing Monday morning to see if I still needed their service, to being kind and personable over the phone, to a tech coming out later on the same day and replacing my water heater. Luke was my tech and he was super helpful with answering my questions and offering solutions for a separate issue I had with my condensate pump on my AC. Luke came in, along with his helper and not only got the job done but did it even quicker than estimated. He was incredibly professional and got me and family back up and running with hot water. Next time I have a plumbing or AC need I’m calling Dan Wood first.

The service was fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Best of all I had hot water before he left and he gave me some extra options for preventing further issues!!

I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work performed. Derrell S was very professional and thoroughly explained everything to me.

Matthew came to diagnose our basement floor drain backing-up when we did laundry. He was very professional, polite and efficient as he investigated our situation. He explained everything he was doing in an understandable way. He found that our septic-tank filter was clogged, and we did not have any clogs in our home plumbing like we thought. He dug up the tank opening and removed the filter. We hosed-off the clogged filter, re-installed it, and the drains went back to normal. The cost was very reasonable. Matthew is experienced in drains and plumbing too. If I have problems with either of these in the future he will be my first choice responder.

Alan H. determined the problem with the flame sensor and repaired it promptly. He also serviced my electric air filter and other mechanicals. While working, he smelled gas in the basement and found the leak. I had him replace the faulty joint too. I was so thankful. He took extra care to make sure my home was in the best shape possible, and he was so pleasant to work with. I will ask for him personally the next time I need help.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service from Dan Wood. They had an electrician to my place the same day - Gary Yerden. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing while he was troubleshooting an issue with my circuit breaker tripping after my attempt to hook up a light switch. I just had the wiring connected wrong on the new switch, but he found and solved the problem. It took over an hour but thankfully he only charged for an hour plus the minimum fee for coming out. I’ll admit that I was a little shocked at the final price but in the end, I realized that knowledge and experience when it comes to electrical issues really should be left in the hands of a professional to avoid REALLY being shocked. When in doubt or hesitant about tackling a DIY project yourself - especially electrical work, why risk your life?

Jeremy H did a great job, he's helped me with a leaky shower in the past. He is on time, reliable, clear and kind. He's one reason I would call Dan Wood in the future.
