"We contacted crawlspaces.com for an estimate to waterproof our crawlspace. The estimator, Brian, was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail what the job entailed and how long it would take to complete it. It was a pleasure working with him. We agreed to hire crawlspaces.com. The crew chief, Javi, and the rest of the crew were very professional and friendly as well. They treated our property with respect, as if it was their own home they were working on. The finished job is such a GREAT improvement to our crawlspace. We now have a cement floor crawl instead of dirt and gravel and also the entire walls of the crawl were sealed and spray foamed. They also installed a new sump pump. There is tons of storage space and its also a clean and healthier crawl. We have already noticed that our floors in our home are warmer! "Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
