"Jason arrived at my house on time in place of Greg, who had to reschedule a couple of times due to unforeseen conflicts.  When he arrived, I provided a history of the house and walked him through the areas of the basement that were getting seepage.  We also did a quick walk around the exterior. After taking a careful look at the interior walls (from which I had removed the bottom portion of the drywall due to the seepage problem) and considering the repair options, Jason began to explain what ABC Crawlspaces could offer.
Jason was interested in providing a complete solution and he explained the process of installing interior drain tile.  There had previously been questionable work done to stop the seepage on the exterior of part of the foundation, and Jason offered to include some countermeasures to reinforce the previous job.  This was in addition to adding drain tile, drainage board, a sump pump and pit, and sealing cracks and interior walls.
Jason is not a salesman (this is a good thing), and he could speak from direct knowledge of working on basements and crawlspaces.  I appreciated this, as he was not trying to sell me a product; he was trying to provide solutions to make my basement dry.
The quote was a very competitive $6800 plus a few hundred extra to reinforce the existing exterior "solution", and the lifetime guarantee was a key motivator.  Financing options in the typical sense (payments over many months) were not offered, although there was some flexibility in payments.
Overall I was pleased with the quote and service offered, which was a good value.  Jason was polite and easy to speak with, and I believe he genuinely wanted to provide a good solution for my seepage issue.
