"Their system is that they do a cement plug into your crawlspace after they put in a drainage system to eliminate any water in the crawlspace. They were a great, punctual, very knowledgeable, and professional. It was an excellent system, just a little too much for me. It was just no the correct solution for my crawlspace."

"This was the first time I had used their services. They showed up when they said they would, did not make a big mess, cleaned up and then left. Everything is A-o.k. I had to call them back because the sump pump I felt was going off too often. I tired calling about this problem several times but they waited 3 weeks until the manager finally called me back. They came back out and told me that everything was running okay. The dehumidifier they installed had a water level too low and was unable to drain properly. From my suggestion they put up two by four blocks to solve this problem. I still don’t think that it’s draining properly.
