"Their system is that they do a cement plug into your crawlspace after they put in a drainage system to eliminate any water in the crawlspace. They were a great, punctual, very knowledgeable, and professional. It was an excellent system, just a little too much for me. It was just no the correct solution for my crawlspace."

He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns.
