Tyler adjusted the door seal placement to be more airtight. He was professional and took timw to kindly explain the work that was done. The way a company stands by their labor and materials, and makes things right, is as important as the initial quality of their parts and service, because everybody makes mistakes!

I called first thing in the morning. They answered and said someone would be there between 12 - 2pm. Jonathan arrived on time and was courteous and helpful and analyzed the problem. He replaced the safety eyes and, voilá, problem solved!

Precision Garage Doors installed a new Liftmaster jack shaft opener for me and everything was great. They put a sticker on the door advertising Same Day & 24 Hr. Emergency Service and "No Extra Charge for Nights & Weekends". Fast forward several months and the opener stopped working late on a Friday night and door was stuck open. I called them out, they pushed 2-3 buttons in 1-2 minutes and everything was fixed. They then charged me $250 after hours emergency call and then another $100 to push the 2-3 buttons. They did good work, but took advantage of me financially. I pointed out the sticker on the door and they said that is just advertising. VERY POOR REPUTATION. UNTRUSTWORTHY.

Whenever you have a garage door spring break and you have a trapped car in a garage, what you need is a prompt professional response, and you will get that from Precision! No one ever anticipates a garage door failure or what is is going to cost to get it repaired but having a very likable, professional technician patiently explain everything to you about what happened and what needs to be done - with options - is very important. We have been very pleased now with two service and repair calls over the years and have been blessed to have Austin be "the guy". There is just nothing to complain about or even mention. Call Precision in northern Indiana - you'll be pleased.

Called in the morning around 8:30, and they were at the house about 1 & 1/2 - 2 hours later to repair some cables. The job was done in 30 minutes. Gavin did the repair & he was very nice and professional. Job is a little pricey, but the timeliness, communication, professional work, and peace of mind are worth it. I will only call this company.

Precision's technician Peter Wendorf took my old broken garage door off and replaced it with a new one. It was not an easy job because the old door's coil had snapped on one side and the door broke apart and got stuck at an angle when it fell down. It wouldn't budge. He had to tear it out along with all the other hardware it came with. I thought it would take most of the day to do that and to install the brand new door but he was done in less than 3 hours. The new door looks great and works perfectly. Peter handled everything in a professional manner and fully explained the operation of the new door.

Absolutely amazing!! My spring Broke down and we called them at 10AM on a Winter Storm on a Saturday … Austin Jefferson came 2 hours later and fixed everything in no time. TJ arrived promptly and apprised me of the state of my 20 year of garage door. He advised me on what he could do to make it work better and keep it working longer. I agreed with his ideas and he completed his work rather rapidly and to my great approval! I agreed on the payment amount which included a senior discount. It all went quite well!

Received very prompt & professional same-day service to replace an aging garage door opener. The technician, AJ was great - helped me pick the right opener to meet our needs and had the installation complete in about 1 hour start to finish. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

I’m impressed! I was having problems with my garage door opening/closing. I called Precision Garage Door of Michiana. They said someone would be out between 10am-12pm that day. Technician Andrew called and said he would be there in 15-20 minutes, AND HE WAS!!! (Mask and all). What I thought was a MAJOR problem, turned out to be a MINOR problem. He fixed the problem and did maintenance on the garage door. (Something that hadn’t been done since installation). Very professional. He enjoys his job. It shows in his quality of work. I recommend Precision Garage Door of Michiana. Ask for Andrew!
