"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "I wanted to take a second and let everyone know about Goyette Mechanical. My furnace went out Tuesday and the furnace was not repairable. I called several company's in the area on Wednesday and Kam from Goyette arrived and gave me a wonderful quote and explained everything about the new system that I would be getting. During the Covid-19 ordeal Goyette came out Thursday morning to install my new system. The technicians arrived at the time I was given, Job and Kyle were the two gentlemen that arrived at my home . The first thing they did was to come in put down tarps to keep my home clean and inspected the area of the furnace and the area outside where the new condenser would be placed. They completed the job in a very timely manner, cleaned up the area where they were working, inspected the system to make sure it was running correctly and then explained the new components to me in detail. They installed and new thermostat programmed it and explained to me how it works and the programming for it. "Had them come out for a fluctuating water pressure. They came to the conclusion that it was my pressure tank. I had them put it in 4 years ago so it was under warranty. Still cost me $750 for labor under warranty to put in a new one. WOW. They said the old one was no longer available so they tried to get me to pay the $197 difference between the old tank and new one. I voiced my opinion and they did cover the difference. Fast forward 2 days and the problem is still not fixed. Water is still fluctuating and I’m out $750. Was it the tank really?"
