He told me it would be about $100.00 for the part so about $300.00.when he got done I was charged $398.00,beings the values are on the internet are for about $30.00, Not only was the price more , I feel the labor was pretty inflated $ 368.00 for labor is kinda high for such a small job."

"I returned from vacation to find toilets not flushing. Contacted Pete Black Plumbing after referral from Lakeside Services. They sent someone within 2 hours. Before any work done, I was given an estimate for $668 for "up to 50' cabling main cleanout." This seemed high based on prices posted on various websites, but I felt I had no choice since it was already Friday mid-afternoon. I have no complaints about the work but, had I known ahead of time what they charge, I would have called a few other places first. Caveat emptor!"

He replaced the kitchen faucet and all the plumbing underneath which was leaking and needed replacement. When he was done I didnt even know there was any work done. The kitchen was left as it was when he arrived. From start to finish Ken was nice and easy to work with. We were very comfortable having him in our home. "
