"They give a 2 person crew for a fixed time period. The breadth of what they did was pretty good considering the work and  time they put in. In some areas they needed to go a little more in-depth on what they did. The floors had a weird film on them after they were done. They almost looked worse after they were done than before they came."

"Our A/C stopped functioning. They removed dust and debris from the coils in the 'inside' unit. They also cleaned the drainage hose that took condensation out. Unfortunately, they missed an overflow tray which filled up a few days later, overflowing above the ceiling of our living room. It soaked the plaster. We are still getting bids to fix it, but the bids are hovering in the ~$500-$700 range. VanderHyde was apologetic and fixed the problem promptly when notified, but the damage had been done. I think it was an honest oversight. But that oversight doubled the cost of the repair. I would still use them again.
