Description of Work: Demolished existing 3 season room and built a new 3 season room

Description of Work: We contacted Jim after we saw a deck he did for someone else. We had first contacted another company earlier in the year about tearing out an existing deck and rebuilding a larger one. This other company informed us that Kentwood building code would require them to bolt the deck to the foundation wall which meant they would have to cut a large section of our finished basement wall. After talking to the city inspector myself I learned the code required two bolts, no need to tear up a huge section of wall. Jim was very professional, gave us some great design ideas, it was obvious he takes great pride in his work. He has a good eye for detail. Jim and his helper were prompt each day that he worked on our deck, our neighbor the handyman was so impressed with Jim and his work that he brought him coffee one morning on a silver platter. The city inspector when he checked our new deck said it was built like a tank, would hate to be the guy that would ever have to tear it down. Oh and the bolts that had to go into the house, Jim got them in without cutting into a single piece of wall, the inspector was impressed.
