"We had a bad experience, so we asked a local designer for a top quality builder/re-modeler and he said Dave was an "A". He is."

"Entire project went very smoothly, was done in a timely manner. Both men were easy to work with, and they do not leave your property until you are 100% satisfied."

"Some of the designs that were offered when designing the basement were not actually available and I was not told until they were already doing the install. The breaker for the basement lights and plugs seems overloaded because it will trip when I have the treadmill plugged in. There were a couple of places where the paint did not appear to dry correctly and had to be redone and still has an uneven surface. They got it done quickly but you could definitely tell it was rushed."

"Kevin has done a full apartment remodel for me, as a landlord, as well as, numerous projects in my own home, including gorgeous wood privacy fencing, new door ways and stairs. He is meticulous and honest in his work. I have received compliments on all the work he has done from my neighbors and happily recommend him."

"Kaydn was great to deal with! It was very refreshing to work with a contractor who acted like he wanted your business. I've had dealings with a couple different contractors in this process and Kaydn was extremely responsive, did fantastic work and the price was great! I will definitely reach out to K & A Renovations for my next project."

"They did beautiful work. Every detail was perfection, never rushed or sloppy. We will definitely be using Sunapee Builders again."

"Rider Home Improvement did a great job with our cabin portico project. We wanted to cover our front entry steps with a small exterior addition to protect the steps and keep the entry free of snow and rain. The cabin is rustic, so we wanted rough sawn cedar and stone bases to keep the look of our log cabin. Craig Rider was extremely good about being pro-active, following up promptly, and showing up when he said he would. We had a few sub-contractor and weather issues that impacted our schedule, but Craig kept us on his radar and made our small project a priority. We had a few concerns about material quantities, measuring, and overall design aesthetics, but with continuous in-person conversations, we achieved what we set out to achieve. Craig’s pricing was fair and transparent. We enjoyed working with both Craig and his son, David, and are very pleased with the final project."

"The project was completed on time. The bathroom ceiling looks great. The contractor cleaned up very well at the completion of the job."

"I have used Far North for a number of projects from carpentry to electrical to furniture design and home remodeling work. Nate is great at setting expectations, partnering on the outcome and design goals, and is transparent with his pricing. Highly recommend him ; and if the job is outside his wheelhouse, heâ  ll let you know."
