About us

I have been in business for over 8 years. It started out as side project to make extra money, but turned into something I am very passionate about, I love my work and pride myself on my excellent quality. I've built everything; decks, new houses, siding ( vinyl-cedar-clapoards) bathrooms (remodels/new) finished basement, structural supports, flooring, painting, full kitchen remodels. I am organized and keep a very clean work space. I believe in fair pricing and have wonderful communication with my clients. I enjoy explaining the ins and outs of a project so my clients know exactly what they are paying for. No job is too small or too big. I also offer landscaping services installs, retaining walls, fences and minor tree work.

I hired Kevin Martin (H. Hedges Home Improvement) to build a new deck, replace a bathroom floor, and repair kitchen cabinetry. Kevin's quote was very competitive and fair. He and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would. He was very collaborative and his communication throughout the project was excellent. It is clear that he wants his customers to be happy at the end of the day. Our HOA also hired Kevin to replace fencing for a 14 unit association and build a new enclosure for a dumpster. Again, his bids were fair and competitive and he performed quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

1. Repaired and renovated, garage and 2nd story screen porch facades, including replacement of joists, plywood, and careful waterproofing/sealing of walls, windows and trims. 2. Built awning/roof above garage door to include copper roof detail. 3. Remodeled interior screen porch wall with wainscoting and baseboard to create a more custom look. Experience: Kevin and his team were proactive in determining root cause of repair and next steps. Kevin was also responsive through chat/ phone when I had questions. Crew were always on time and reliable. Albert, lead carpenter, was very skilled at ensuring structure/repairs were done properly.
