"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"After an initial misunderding about arrival time, Pro Clean showed up right on time on our rescheduled day. Three people scrubbed, vacuumed and mopped for over four hours, taking only a 20 minute break in the middle. Everything looks great now; the fixtures shine, the baseboards have been cleaned, the showers and tubs disinfected. They even cleaned an extra room to make up for the original misunderstanding. I couldn't be more pleased with their services, and found them pleasant and easy going... We will definitely hire them again for another deep clean in the future!

"My dealings with this firm were among the best I?ve experienced as a Maine homeowner and that?s saying a lot.  The tech who cleaned the carpets throughout my home, Justin, was pleasant, conscientious and capable.  He accommodated my requests
even when unanticipated, such as cleaning an area rug that hadn?t been included in my original work order.  He also managed to remove soot ? by hand, as though the carpet were his own ? from an area that had been unsuccessfully cleaned by another,  nationally known restoration firm.  I especially appreciated his calling me with an updated ETA so that I wouldn?t be inconvenienced by the delay he experienced at an earlier account.  Everything about the interaction was professionally executed and at a reasonable price.  I just can?t say enough good things about Octagon and in particular, Justin.

"We had an especially difficult upholstery cleaning problem. While the results were not perfect, I think they were as good as could be expected. Keith's service was prompt, friendly pleasant to deal with."

"First they perform an extensive vacuuming of the entire carpet area to be cleaned. They then spot treat any surface with visible stains. Next they perform the extraction/cleaning process, using a large hose I believe attatched to a compressor in their service van. All moisture is then removed from the carpets and a large rake is used to comb the carpet surface. And last, a scotchguard treatment is applied and the carpet and allowed to dry The furniture that is movable(within reason) is propped on small styrofoam blocks to allow complete drying underneath. I have ceiling fans that I use to help dry the rug, and it usually dries i less than 24hrs depending on the weather conditions . I have used other services like stanley steamer and have found hi-tech to be superior to all others. Yhey also offer upholstery and tile and grout cleaning as well."
