Pro Clean and Restoration

I can't praise Shawna and Josh high enough for the work they did. The house was in unbelievably bad shape, needing much trash removal, clutter removal, massive organizing,scrubbing and disinfecting a house with 7 rooms and 2 baths, plus a hallway that was in believable and unlivable shape. Added to that, they made many small repairs and picked up needed items (small rugs, locks, etc.). The job they did ran - expectedly - over 8 days and when they were done the place was unrecognizable. When they were done, you could, as the saying goes, eat off the floor. But more than that, they treated the inhabitants of the house, two elderly women and a single mother and child, with the greatest respect. Everyone was amazed at the magic they performed. They were efficient, didn't waste anytime, and more important, were totally trustworthy. I can only say that whatever job you have, they will do a remarkable job. Now that the house is cleaned I plan to hire them to do weekly cleaning. They earned every penny of their fee and then some. Thank you Shawna and Josh. You're amazing.

I am so grateful to the ProClean team. I hate to admit this but some of our rooms in our house would have definitely qualified for the "Clean Sweep Hoarders Show". Shawna and Josh and Sharon were so hardworking and also kind and nonjudgmental. They worked amazingly hard cleaning and organizing and went above and beyond to make our house clean and functional again. My children can actually welcome friends over again and I don't have to cringe with embarrassment when the doorbell rings. They made an amazing difference in all our lives. This is the best gift I could have ever given to myself and my family. We all feel so much better and get along better without a dysfunctional house. It is now "home again". I greatly appreciate ProClean and hope to get the garage and basement in order in the future. That would be a monumental task but with their help I know it's possible. Greatly appreciate ProClean!

I am being honest when I say that the house had not been cleaned at all in at least five years and was home to five guys who couldn't be bothered picking up after themselves.. It was disgusting. The Pro-Clean folks tackled the job with a vengeance and really did a great job. They are thorough and very hard working. We are scheduling more work with them in the same house as we work our way through a full renovation of the house.

Shawna and Josh worked for us before. This time they did a thorough job on our windows throughout the house. They were on time and very professional. Thw indows looked great and we'll use them every year for this and other jobs.

It wasn't a really good experience. They cleaned while I was away. There were a lot of things out of place. My computer router didn't work anymore. They had been pretty rough around that area. It looked like I had a scratch on one of my tables.

We started with a few problems, as they were not able to complete the work on the scheduled day - BUT, they were very good about communicating to us that the house before ours took much longer than anticipated and were very apologetic about having to reschedule.  On the rescheduled date, they showed up on time, and got right to work.  Our house is about 2600 square feet and they did a good job of hitting all the rooms.  For the size of the house, and the condition it was in, I feel they did a very good job and think it was a very good value at the advertised rate.  I would not hesitate to use them again for house cleaning.

There were 3 professionals, starting at one end of the house and methodically worked their way thru. They brought all  needed supplies/mop/bucket/vacuum to get the job done.  I was pleased to see all they accomplished in a short time.  Two of the rooms were very dusty, to what I thought was to a "point of no return"(or at least for me to accomplish).    The rooms were dust free and clean.  There were piles of magazines/books that were disorderly and was left in a neat pile.

I would use this business again.  They are not afraid of dirt.

I hired the team to get our house cleaned up after painters had finished. They were pleasant, responsive and thorough. Every surface of our house had dust and worse. Now, it is all clean. Three people cleaned ten rooms, including three bathrooms, in just under three hours. I would definitely hire them again.

Great service. Moving into a house that had three college roommates who left an absolute mess. Cleaned the whole house, arrived early, stayed late. Fantastic job.
