"Insul-Kings is wonderful to work with. They called in the morning to narrow the arrival time, which is very considerate. Nate and his crew arrived on time and CRANKED like a well oiled machine. I have a 4' crawl space. You can barely crouch. No problem! That's why God invented knee pads. They foamed and installed the insulation like it was their own home. It was a work of art. and came out better than I imagined. They patiently indulged my "old man" inquisitiveness. The crew represented Insul-Kings very well. I highly recommend them. This was done through the Mass Save program. So the $2100 job only cost me about $500.00"

We specialize in all types of roofing, be it repair or replacement. We also do alot of vinyl siding installation. Insulation and weatherization is a large part of our business also. We have five to nine people, including the owner, Mike, on the workforce. We do not use sub-contractors at all. Every bit of work is done by us and the owner is always at the jobsite. Mike Norris, the owner, while a lifelong resident of Maine, has a roofing contractor license from the State of Florida. Maine,at this time does not require roofers to be licensed. We adhere to the very strict standards that Mike had to learn to aquire that license. We are happy to supply any customer with a free written proposal of their job request complete with a discription of the work and a firm price. Please give us a call for your home improvement needs. With the pandemic, the windows and doors would take a while to be delivered especially the custom sliding doors for the breezeway. Eric kept me in the loop the entire time. "We Hired Erik 2 weeks ago & our experience has been absolutely horrific. I could write a novel on our experience but I’ll keep it short & stick to relevant information. He does not even file for the proper permits to do the work he claims he can do. My town has already filed a report with the state. He has a long history of this behavior dating back to him moving to Maine from the south where he had another business under a different name. We were extremely lucky to have surveillance in our home & to know our legal rights because not only did he not finish the work & leave us with a huge mess, not to mention more work done than we initially needed… he tried to call CPS & filed a fraudulent report so that it would look like we would be retaliating when we filed for breach of contract. He didn’t stop there. He tried making it look like I was coming on to him & asking for work in exchange for sexual favors when I asked him if he was going to honor his contract. He hasn’t responded to me ever since I let him know I have video surveillance. He did this to a single mom with two special needs kids. Please protect yourself."
