He reached out to coordinate with the previous pro who had identified the issue but did not have the equipment to clear the blockage. Thomas found our septic tank which had not been opened the entire 25 years we've own the house. He quickly removed the blockage and resolved our issue pumping sewage up to the septic tank from the fish house. I will certainly call him first next time we have a problem."

"First of all, I would like to thank Alex Good I called to have my hot water heater fixed as I had no hot water for a couple months. Alex came over. Told me everything that needed to be done. Show me what everything did and he was amazing. He was kind, considerate empathetic even canceling plans so he could make sure he got my hot water installed in. I have not had anybody come to my home to do work. That was a nice as Alex. and so caring way more than I ever expected I would not recommend any other company and of course my hero Alex Good.! he’s a professional knows his stuff for sure! "I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
