"From the initial inquiry onward, I found Janes &Whitney’s representative, Kasey Marster, to be professional, personable, and responsive. He was patient and accommodating as I got my financing arranged, and once that was settled, I had a new roof on both my house and garage within a week. He made sure to communicate daily while the work was being performed and followed up not only directly afterwards, but also months later to make sure no issues had arisen. Truly impressive.
