Nate Perkins has been a great plumber and did a number of jobs for us in the last 10 years. He is efficient and easy to communicate with. We also find his prices fair.

They were over charging us. We changed companies, and it took us 2 months to get them to come and remove their tank, before the other company would even come and touch the line. We had a really hard time with them. They tried to charge us to come and remove their tank, but they were not legally able to do that. The people that came out to take care of it were fine, it is the company, and it's policies were the problem. The employees were doing their job.

The entire process of quoting and having the work done went smoothly and we are pleased with the results. It took several reminder calls to get him scheduled, but he did come as scheduled, and the quality of the work seems good. He has been very cooperative with us in working thru the complications of an old house in poor repair.

He was a lifesaver. Earlier that week, I had another plumber come over to look at the work. He made a big deal out of it and said he could not do the work that day, but would come the next day. He never showed up, called, or answered my calls. Meanwhile, the laundry was piling up!!! I called Mr. Perkins and a receptionist took my message. An hour later, Mr. Perkins called. He had a cancellation and was able to do the job the next day. The cellar he had to work in is less than ideal, as this is a 1700's farmhouse with a dirt/granite foundation. (I hate going down there!) Mr. Perkins showed up promptly and went down into the cellar and did the job. It was no big deal to him, as it was to the other guy. He also replaced my kitchen faucet. He was courteous and professional the entire time, and his prompt visit got me out of a bind. I could not be more pleased.
