His company scheduled us and completed the job faster than all the other contractors offered to do. He also offered a better price out of four bids. I feel that we really were lucky to have chosen Brad to do the work. We received four bids, some were substantially more expensive. And yet, Brad offered the only solution that made sense to us and that actually WORKED. The install went very fast. 24 hours post installation, we had zero smell. Our home was left as clean as when they started the work. I am extremely impressed."
