Josh Turgeon was extremely professional in his assessment and remediation of insulation issues in my basement crawl space. With access to Maine's rebate program his work was cost effective. He also returned to assess air leaks in my entire house and sealed the worst of the leakage mostly using rebate incentives. His work is high quality and I highly recommend him.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Terry. Terry is very knowledgeable and thorough and he's a great guy. He came to do an inspection on Christmas eve! This really helped as the holidays are a tough time to get anything done and we didn't have many days we could do it. Terry did a lot of things that other inspectors don't do, like crawl into tight spaces/attics. He had a infrared camera that helped us determine what was going on behind walls with insulation and other things. We learned a lot about our soon-to-be home. Between the four hours he spent with us and the detailed report he gave us, we know what we're going to fix first and we got the seller to take a little money off of the price. Terry did all this for a very reasonable price! He doesn't have many online reviews yet but I think he will have tons of business before long. Thanks Terry!!

Quick response, fast turnaround to look at job and completed it on the spot. Professional, courteous and punctual. Slider door frame was repaired quickly and daughter is very happy with the results. Paid by credit card at completion of job. I would hire Seacoast Home Services again.
